USET Preparing for Busy October with Slate of Events Open to Public
The U.S. Equestrian Team Foundation’s headquarters in Gladstone was a hub of activity in the days when the USET fielded international teams and Hamilton Farm served as an active training site.
Things are quieter there now that the foundation’s focus is fundraising, but its legendary facility is going to be unusually busy with a series of activities in October that are open to the public.
Next weekend, it hosts the finals of the Platinum Performance/U.S. Equestrian Federation Show Jumping Talent Search East, the most demanding of the equitation finals with its four different phases.
Christy DiStefano of Ramsey, fresh off an impressive victory last weekend in the ASPCA Maclay Region II ride-off in New York, will be one of the favorites to take the Talent Search Finals…
