LEXINGTON, KY – The World Games 2010 Foundation today announced HorsePower, Inc. as the trade show management firm of the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games.

Based in Denver, Colorado, HorsePower, Inc. is a complete equine event management and marketing firm focusing on international event productions.  With decades of experience in trade show management, HorsePower, Inc. offers the perfect solution to the trade show needs of the Games.

Mr. Joe Garant has been selected by HorsePower, Inc. as the on-site manager of the 2010 trade show. Mr. Garant’s vast background in hospitality and event services has given him the opportunity to work with companies such as Ford Motor Co., Ferrari, Prada, and Ritz Carlton. In addition, Mr. Garant will utilize his background in Interior Design to assist the spacing, styling, and presentation of the 2010 trade show.

The Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, to be held at the Kentucky Horse Park September 25-October 10, 2010, are the world championships of the eight equestrian disciplines recognized by the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI), and are held every four years. The Games have never before been held outside of Europe; nor have all eight disciplines competed at a single site—both firsts that will be achieved at the Kentucky Horse Park.

The Games will be broadcast on NBC Sports, which has marked the largest commitment to network coverage of equestrian sport in U.S. television history. The 2010 Games are expected to have a statewide economic impact of $150 million, and current sponsors include Rolex, Ariat International, Inc. and an unprecedented $10 million title sponsor, Alltech.
